     The concept of “personal data”

    The notion of “processing” of personal data

Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extracting, consulting (simple viewing/accessing), using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.

How we use cookies

Your rights as a data subject 

If your personal data is processed, then you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights in relation to us as an operator. 

 The data subject’s right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You can request from us at any time a confirmation of the fact that there are personal data concerning you to be processed by us. If there is such a case of processing, you can ask us for clarifications regarding the information provided by law (see art. 15 para. 1 of the RGPD), as well as information regarding the appropriate guarantees according to art. 46 of the GDPR in relation to transfers if personal data concerning you is transferred to a third country or an international organization. 

 The right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

In relation to us, you have a right to rectification and/or completion of data, provided that the processed personal data is incorrect or incomplete. We will make the rectification without delay. 

 The right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

In accordance with the legal conditions (see art. 18 paragraph 1 of the RGPD) you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Regarding the consequences of the restriction, we invite you to consult art. 18, para. 2 and 3 of the GDPR. 

 The right to data deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)

You can ask us to delete your personal data immediately, and we are obliged to delete this data without delay when one of the reasons provided for in art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR. There is no right to delete data in the cases provided for in art. 17, para. 3 of the GDPR. 

 The right to information 

If you have invoked the rectification, deletion or restriction of data processing, we are obliged to communicate this rectification or deletion of data, respectively the restriction of processing to all recipients to whom your personal data have been made available, unless it is proven that be impossible or require a disproportionate effort. In relation to us you have the right to be informed about these recipients. 

 The right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive the personal data about you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. For details see art. 20 of the GDPR. 

 Right to opposition (Art. 21 GDPR)

For the reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, processing that takes place on the basis of art. 6 paragraph 1 letter e or f of the GDPR. More details can be found in art. 21 GDPR.
